Three styles of mustard, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar are the base for our highly additive Carolina low country style grill sauce. For depth of flavor we add our Worcestershire and a touch of balsamic vinegar. Sweetness is followed by tang, and then slight heat for a rich mop sauce ideal for pulled pork, ribs, or marinated chicken.
Grill fans will know mustard tenderizes meats, and when used on the barbeque will produce a sought-after traditional crust. This sauce will become indispensable when you grill!
