Lemon Pepper Linguini

Several of our pastas have lemon in them, for good reason.  Lemon is a wonderful flavor & flavor enhancer, and with our pasta, the lemon seems to really shine.  Our Lemon Pepper Linguini is perhaps our best example.  The essence of the whole lemon is concentrated along with freshly cracked black pepper into the pasta at the time the dough is being formed for an intense and tasty treat.

For this pasta we recommend a simple drizzle of our White Truffle Oil, our Meyer Lemon Oil, or our Sundried Tomato and Harissa Oil.  Toss with stir-fry vegetables, slice grilled chicken, or some light fish.  This pasta also lends itself well to the addition of shellfish – some little neck clams or mussels will create a magnificent dish.

Nan’s pastas are all hand-crafted and made with 100% durum semolina.  At the time the pasta is being made all-natural flavor elements are added to the dough – from pureed vegetables to herbs and spices.  The result is delicious pasta which needs nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or some butter to be intensely satisfying.
