This dark rich linguini features not one but four intense mushrooms – porcini, chanterelle, black trumpet and morel. Earthy, intense and refined, this makes for a meal with panache. You must be a certified mushroom lover to serve this pasta!

For a low fat, heart-smart option simply drizzle our Wild Mushroom Linguini with our Asian Oil, White Truffle Oil, or Basil Parmesan Dipping Oil.  Toss with tasty grilled vegetables, roasted pheasant or wild salmon to enhance the flavor of your finished dish.

Nan’s pastas are all hand-crafted and made with 100% durum semolina.  At the time the pasta is being made all-natural flavor elements are added to the dough – from pureed vegetables to herbs and spices.  The result is delicious pasta which needs nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or some butter to be intensely satisfying.

Purchased Nan's Wild Mushroom Linguini at the Concord Home Show - OMG! I was skeptical as I usually only eat Angel Hair pasta due to it being lighter. I could not believe how delicate and flavorful this Linguini turned out to be! With an extra bonus of some sauteed mushrooms, a drizzle of truffle oil and a shaving of parmesan cheese, this pasta was rich (yet light)and decadent! A true gourmet pasta...and as I imagine pasta in Italy would be (now if only I could get there myself!).

The mushrooms aren't just for color. This has intense, delicious mushroom flavor in every bite. I prepared this with just olive oil, salt, pepper & a bit of minced garlic. It needs no other sauce. I look forward to trying out all the other pasta flavors.

Okay, I'm a mushroom fan, what can I say. You can add mushrooms to regular pasta all day long and it is nothing like this. If you like mushrooms, you will really enjoy this.
