Gluten-Free Artichoke Rosemary Linguini
This is unfussy and simple flavors: pureed artichoke hearts and fresh minced rosemary woven into our handcrafted and highly respected gluten-free linguini. The result is magical and a deeply satisfying entree you will be happy to serve your family. All our gluten-free pasta are made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Enjoy the goodness of gluten-free!
For a low-fat heart smart option, we recommend drizzling one of our olive oils, such as our quite versatile Basil Parmesan Olive Oil, White Truffle Olive Oil or our Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. For added flair, toss with some grilled shrimp, oven roasted vegetables or shredded chicken.
Nan's Gluten-Free Pastas are made with rice flour. Xanthan gum, an all natural plant extract, is used to bind the rice flour and the natural pureed vegetables, spices and herbs. The result is delicious pasta which needs nothing more than a drizzle of olive oil or butter to be intensely satisfying.
