Nancy started Nan’s Gourmet Foods in
October 2003. She sampled Bistro Blends oils and vinegars at an event she attended
and loved the product. Enjoying cooking and entertaining, she found that her friends
were impressed by the flavor of the dishes she was preparing. She took the next step
and decided to start Nan’s Gourmet Foods and began selling Bistro Blends thinking that
when she retired what a fun, part time job this would be. Needless to say she loved
it so much she left her Corporate America job three years earlier then she anticipated
and is loving every minute working for herself. She is also working on a cookbook
that she hopes to have out by the end of 2007.
